Mr. Flayer has been running the Africa House kitchen for many years! He started his career in Cape Maclear, so he's your guy if you like to try the famous Lake Malawi Chambo fish.
Joseph's story is one of never giving up. He started out a cleaner and always talked about his ambition to one day become a chef. Whenever he had some spare time, he joined the kitchen team and learned his skills step by step until he offically joined the chef's team in 2019.
As our youngest, but very talented, chef Harold always likes to look up new receipes online. He loves surprising you with new flavours!
